Yes, it hurts. Your hair is being pulled out and this is uncomfortable. It gets easier after the first time. Avoiding caffeine, hot tubs and exfoliation 48 hours prior to your appointment will reduce the pain. Numbing spray is offered, if needed. Please book numbing spray with your appointment if you think you need it as it adds 15 minutes to your appointment time.
A reverse pressure ( similar to Chinese Cupping methods ) created with a machine, encourages blood circulation, lymphatic stimulation and collagen production. By using specific techniques, lactic acid and old lymph can be broken up and drained. Fat can be melted by causing friction using suction and a heating lotion.
